Channel Manager

Your challenge & tasks
  • Identify up/cross selling opportunities for Mavie products and services to our partner’s customer base across analog and digital sales channels (understand their target group, existing sales resources and capacities, product integration opportunities across their customer journeys etc.). 
  • Develop, initiate, and manage sales strategies and plans for Mavie products and services in collaboration with our existing partner in banking and insurance (e.g. UNIQA and Raiffeisen) across their digital and conventional sales channels.
  • Engage, train, and equip the sales teams of our partners based on their needs to be set up for success. Build and distribute best practices to accelerate adoption of Mavie products within these new channels.  
  • Define, set and monitor objectives and clear KPI’s for all parties involved to evaluate the effectiveness of outcomes and identify opportunities to optimize. 
  • Develop motivating incentive schemes and mutually beneficial business relationships for quick and sustainable impact. 
  • Establish and manage efficient collaboration between Mavie product development- and sales teams and our partners, to ensure fast implementation of co-created plans and strong synergies.  
  • Lead and manage Mavie projects and teams that are focused on sales potential of our partner’s channels
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
What you need to be successful

  • Minimum of 5 years of Sales strategy development experience, preferably with people management responsibility (training and managing sales/trade marketing teams)
  • Experience in working with large sales organisations (e.g. Banking, Insurance,…) and cross functional teams
  • Sales strategy development and sales training experience is an advantage
  • Extraordinary good communication and networking skills, you are a good listener and have high levels of empathy.
  • Good with numbers (business plans, incentive schemes, unit economics), well organized and structured. 
  • Able to manage several projects with several sales channels in parallel
  • High interest in Health and wellbeing products
  • Optional: Digital sales experience (e-commerce)
  • Optional: Affinity to or know how with health and wellbeing products and services.

Due to legal requirements in Austria, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Our salary range for this position starts at 70.000 €. Based on your experience and qualifications, our final offer will be a competitive market value-based salary.
