Partnership Manager

Your challenge & tasks
  • Provide strategic partnership insights, create and execute a partnership strategy that brings B2B and B2C customers to MavieMe. 
  • Conduct research to understand potential target groups, build partnership pipelines, and conduct the outreach. 
  • Maintain partner relationships and develop strategies that enhance the MavieMe customer journey with targeted offers after throughout the partnership period. 
  • Measure and analyse the impact of the developed strategies and share insights and learnings across the organization. 
  • Closely collaborate with the MavieMe leadership and growth team. 
What you need to be successful
  • 3-5 years of experience in building and maintaining partnerships to drive business growth. 
  • Experience in partnership outreach, cold- and warm-calling. 
  • Strong communicator, able to articulate our brand in the finest detail to various audiences. 
  • Strong negotiator, able to form lucrative partnerships. 
  • A curious and analytical mind with the ability to execute research and put data into practice. 
  • Excellent in spoken and written German and fluent in English (company language is English). 
  • A creative mind who is dedicated to ideating new ways to strengthen and extend our brand. 
  • Organized, well-structured and able to multitask.

Due to legal requirements in Austria, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Our salary range for this position starts at 60.000 €. Based on your experience and qualifications, our final offer will be a competitive market value-based salary.
