Your challenge & tasks

• Facilitate and continuously develop the Mavie Next Ways of Working & OKR process: Coach teams to set impactful goals, identify and resolve impediments early on and help teams collaborate effectively and efficiently 
• Guide teams in their business design, towards agile &productive working style: Map out business models, design experiments to boost scaling of our innovative health care solutions, aid teams in deriving insights and a path forward (pivot-persevere) 
• Conduct customized workshops: Design and facilitate workshops ranging from ideation, customer journey mapping, prototyping to strategy 

What you need to be successful

• Have a minimum of 5 years of professional coaching experience and can guide teams through the product and service development journey 
• Have work experience in a fast-paced environment like startups 
• Are an expert on one or more of the following methodologies: OKR’s, Blue Ocean Strategy, Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Agility & Scrum 
• Have experience in building compelling business cases based on data insights through hypotheses-led research and experiments 
• Are eager to innovate and explore new ideas and opportunities in the healthcare space 
• Can test, learn and iterate as well as challenge personal, professional and industry assumptions 
• Are persuasive, curious and a clear communicator as well as an excellent facilitator 
• Are strong in connecting the dots and able to solve problems and resolve issues 
• Are an active listener, you are well structured and able to turn complexity into simplicity

Due to legal requirements in Austria, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Our salary range for this position starts at 70.000€. Based on your experience and qualifications, our final offer will be a competitive market value-based salary.
