We are now looking for a “Organisational Integration & Talent Acquisition Director” to increase talent density and to establish HR & Culture related synergies and integration across our growing portfolio of companies.
Your main responsibilities

- Collaborate with acquired companies, subsidiaries, and participations to ensure a cultural integration into the Mavie Ecosystem, an alignment with Mavie Next's values and mission and ensure managerial succession planning with sufficient lead times and the best people in each position.
- Collaborate with our shareholder UNIQA in line with a strategy of Ambidexterity to exchange learnings, create synergies and run joint projects from a cultural and people perspective (“leverage assets” for exploration unit).
- Closely partner with the M&A team in analyzing the cultural fit with potential acquisition and investment targets.
- Lead projects related to organizational development and change management.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to make data-driven decisions on hiring of new employees as well as maintaining talent density across Mavie Next organizations.
- Continuously monitor and (in collaboration with Head of People & Culture) maintain high talent density within the organization by running quantitative & qualitative assessments.
- Fully lead and implement the Mavie Next end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and assessing candidates to support Mavie Next's growth objectives.
- Further-develop and manage the Mavie Next Employer Brand.
- Oversee the Mavie Next compensation and benefits structure and strategy, including market benchmarking and the ongoing development of financial and non-financial compensation.
- Manage the offboarding of Mavie Next team members and maintain relationship with Mavie Next Alumni.
- Closely collaborate with Head of People & Culture.
